Construction Well Underway!

May 21st 2010
Construction is well underway for the future home of the Signature Center, which will anchor a large-scale mixed used building on 42nd street between 10th and Dyer Avenues.  The core and shell for the Center is nearly completed and fit-out construction of the space is scheduled to begin in August/September 2010.

The Signature Center features a street-level entrance and occupies the second floor and second floor mezzanine levels, which are seen in the image below covered in the stone façade. Above the Center on the east side is a residential tower that will reach 60 stories. On the west side there will be a 25-story hotel.
